Mature industries rely on their functionality being up to date. But emotion and brand is where they really compete. Look at Nike, Apple and Ferrari.

I organize and lead by hands-on knowledge and setting a good example.

Listening to users and stakeholders is the base of my work. Being able to hear them and meet their needs by hands-on organizing and delivering design is what sets me apart.

What you actually deliver for your users is what makes you reach your goals.

A process that fits the needs.

My process is whatever is needed to get the desired results. Research, testing, experience, talent, iterations, listening, connecting, collaborating, data etc. I believe in people completing each other rather than being identical clones. And I think design can be judged both emotionally and rationally. Just like with music you don’t always know why something is good.
